LCSW/LCP needed to evaluate consumers and coordinate with QP's in providing mental health counseling services to medicaid recipients in a CIS Agency.
LCSW/LCP will provide necessary monitoring, follow up and coordination of services and will be a part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team designed to improve overall functioning of consumers.
