~~I Have "TITLE" In Hand!~~This Alfa has a rebuilt NC title due to rising water rising into the open area between the frame rails of the rv prior to my purchase. This is an area frequently exposed to water puddles, on rvs of lessor quality! The "ONLY" damage was to the 3" fiberglass insulation. It was all removed from the under belly and replaced with new 6" fiberglass insulation. Absolutely, "NO" rot, mold, mildew, or musty smell! NONE! The entire under belly was saturated with a very strong bleach/water mixture as a precautionary measure before installing the new insulation. "NO" water got into the interior of the rv! I have lived in this rv for about a year and a half and have had "NO" problems as a result of this incident. I have posted pictures in my link, that show the "old" insulation removed...the "underneath" of the floor...and the "new" insulation being installed.

If the Truck and 5th Wheel Sell "Together" I Will Consider a "1/2" or "3/4" Ton Truck as a "PARTIAL" Trade!
